The guys start off by talking about the presidential inauguration and announce their new feature, the Best & Worst Entertainment Moments of the Week. Then in Video Games, Lou discusses the beginning of Tomb Raider: Underworld and talks about finding one of his characters in Sacred 2: Fallen Angel.
In TV (~12:15) the guys talk American Idol and the show’s new judge, Kara DioGuardi, then go on to talk about Battlestar Galactica, The Bachelor, True Beauty and Mamas Boys.
In Movies (~31:00), Lou talks about Valkyrie and Tony shares some thoughts on the forthcoming Oscar noms. The guys go on to discuss a few movies coming out this week, including Underworld: Rise of the Lycans, Inkheart, Killshot and Outlander.
Finally in Technology (~47:35), Lou lays out some of the Palm Pre’s more interesting features, and discusses the just-announced global strategic alliance between Chrysler and Fiat. The guys then go on to reveal their votes for the Best & Worst Entertainment Moments of the Week.

We really enjoyed the first ep. Sure, it’s pretty transparently a “House with a kinder, gentler side” kinda thing, Tim Roth is always pretty good to watch.

I’m not sure you’re right about that…you are one of only two people I know who didn’t like The Dark Knight, so you are, of course, free to continue to languish in your movie pit of agony and despair.

The death of Patrick McGoohan is far more sad than that of Ricardo Montleban…unless you’re Ricardo Montleban.

Why is it far more sad? Do you connect with him on some level because you also excelled at mathematics and boxing in school? Or because you feel like you’re a prisoner on the island of life? There by and simultaneously in spite of your own doing?
