  • Google has revealed their plans for an augmented reality project called Project Glass. That uses glasses. Video here.
  • Lamborghini has trademarked the name Deimos. What do you suppose they did that for?
  • A new robot called SushiBot can make 400 sushi rolls per hour
  • Russia is testing a new psychotronic energy weapon that’ll basically turn targets into brain-scrambled zombies
  • Only about 35% of people who previously who purchased a new car last year who previously drove a hybrid bought another hybrid
  • A company called Toray Advanced Film has started mass producing a self-healing film for mobile touchscreen devices that’ll heal minor scratches within 10 seconds
  • Nissan has unveiled their NV200 taxi for New York City
  • The world’s largest tire manufacturer? LEGO. They’ve been making them for 50 years, and last year made over 381 million of them
  • Apple rumors: A 7.something” iPad mini could be on the way; also, the iPhone 5 may be announced and released in June, not September
  • Audi’s all-electric R8 e-tron will get manufactured sounds, and they sound pretty cool. Jump to about 1:45 in this video to hear the sound with the car.
