  • Tumblr has surpassed WordPress as the blogging platform of choice, with nearly 21 million Tumblr blogs out there
  • Eatensil is a sort of Swiss Army Knife for foodies, including a fork, knife, spoon, chopsticks, toothpick, pizza cutter and bottle opener. Unfortunately, still a concept at this point.
  • The Consumer Electronics Association wants the spectrum used for free, over the air TV broadcasts to be auctioned off. Which means about 25 million people would be without TV.
  • Petra Ecclestone has purchased the most expensive home in the U.S., Aaron Spelling’s former mansion in Holmby Hills
  • China is building the world’s largest radio telescope
  • Facebook is working on an HTML5 version of their site, which means lots of games and other stuff on your iDevice without having to go through the App Store
  • If you’d like to help save SETI’s telescope array, and let SETI keep using it, you can make a donation at setistars.org
  • Apple has released unlocked iPhone 4 without 3G or 4G. Huh?
  • A paleontologist named Jack Horner is trying to create dinosaur-like creatures by regressing DNA of chickens. His team has already succeeded in creating a chicken with teeth. Yipes!
